Privacy Policy
B.A.L.A collects only what we need to answer your inquiry, route enrollment follow-up, and send the materials you ask for. This page explains exactly what we collect, where it goes, and how to ask for it back.
When you reach out to B.A.L.A we collect the contact details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, and an optional message — along with any optional details you choose to share, such as your course interest, your enrollment timeframe, or which program tier you are considering. We collect this from five places on the site:
inquiries table and acknowledged by an auto-reply.inquiries table, routed to our admissions team.mentorship_leads table for Private Mentorship follow-up.mentorship_leads table under the laser-compliance-checklist course slug so we can email the PDF download.waitlist table so we can notify you when a seat opens. We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, route enrollment follow-up to the right admissions contact, and contact you about the class date you selected at checkout. When you progress from inquiry to enrollment, we may send a verification email so we know the address reaches a real inbox before we hand it off to our payment processor. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information, and we do not run drip-marketing campaigns — every email you receive is directly tied to a form you or a prospective student submitted.
Inquiries are kept while you are an active prospect. If you do not enroll, we periodically prune stale records. You can ask us to delete your record at any time using the contact line below, and we will confirm completion within one business day.
We send email through Polsia's transactional email relay and process payments through Stripe. Neither service receives more information than is required to deliver the message or charge the card you used at checkout, and both are bound by their own data-handling obligations.
To access, correct, or delete the personal information B.A.L.A holds about you, email balamedicalinstitute@gmail.com or call (248) 929-5003. We respond to every request within one business day.
We may update this policy as our practices evolve or as new legal requirements take effect. The date of the latest revision is shown in our sitemap's lastmod for this page. Last revised: 2026-08-24.
